Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks. Section 3 - Products and Prices

All prices displayed on our website are in Euros (€). We reserve the right to modify the prices of our products at any time without notice. However, products will be invoiced based on the rates in effect at the time the order is validated. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

 

Section 4 - Payment Methods

Payment is due immediately upon ordering. The following payment methods are accepted on our online store:

All transactions are secured, and your financial information is never stored on our servers.

Section 5 - Shipping and Delivery

Nuvela operates using a direct-to-consumer fulfillment model (dropshipping).

  • Delivery Zone: We ship exclusively to countries within Europe.

  • Shipping Fees: Shipping is free for all orders within our delivery zone.

  • Delivery Times: Estimated delivery times are between 4 to 10 business days after the order has been processed.

Please note that delivery times are estimates provided by shipping carriers. Nuvela cannot be held responsible for delays caused by customs clearances, logistics disruptions, or force majeure events.

If your package is officially declared lost by the carrier, or if it arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at nuvela.contact@proton.me with proof (e.g., photos of the damaged item). We will either ship a replacement product at our expense or issue a full refund.

Section 6 - Returns and Refunds Policy

In accordance with our commitment to customer satisfaction, we offer a 30-day return policy, which exceeds the European legal withdrawal period of 14 days. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

  • Return Cost: Returns are 100% free.

  • Exceptions: There are no exceptions; all products sold on our store are eligible for return under this policy, provided they are in their original condition and packaging.

  • Return Address: All returns must be shipped to our headquarters in France: 60 rue François 1er, 75008 Paris, France. Do not return items directly to the manufacturer.

How to initiate a return:

  1. Contact us at nuvela.contact@proton.me stating your order number and the reason for the return.

  2. We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label via email.

  3. Print the label, attach it to your package, and drop it off at the designated shipping point.

  4. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Section 7 - Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France. Any dispute arising from the use of this site or purchases made on it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, France.
