SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Nuvela. We are dedicated to delivering your orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

You will receive another notification when your order has shifted to the shipping phase. Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

We believe in simple and transparent pricing, which is why we offer free shipping on all orders.

  • Shipping Cost: Free / €0.00

  • Delivery Zone: We ship exclusively to countries within Europe.

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 4 to 10 business days after the package has been handed over to the carrier.

Please Note: These delivery timeframes are estimates provided by our shipping partners. While we do everything in our power to ensure your order arrives on time, Nuvela cannot be held responsible for unexpected delays caused by customs clearance procedures, local postal service disruptions, or severe weather conditions.

3. Order Tracking Information

In order to keep our shipping entirely free and optimize our logistics, we do not automatically provide a standard tracking number for shipments.

However, your delivery is fully guaranteed. If your estimated delivery window (Processing Time + Shipping Time) has passed and you still have not received your package, please reach out to our customer support immediately at nuvela.contact@proton.me. We will check the status with our carrier and ensure your issue is resolved.

4. Damaged or Lost Packages

Nuvela is responsible for your order until it safely reaches your doorstep.

  • If your package is officially declared lost by the carrier, or if your items arrive broken or damaged, please contact us at nuvela.contact@proton.me within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery).

  • Please provide your order number along with clear photos of the damaged items or packaging. We will gladly arrange a free replacement or a full refund.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Nuvela is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.) depending on your local country's regulations.
