RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Nuvela, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to love your purchase, but if you are not entirely satisfied, we are here to help. Our return policy lasts 30 days, which exceeds the standard European legal requirement, giving you total peace of mind.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • You have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

  • No Exceptions: There are no product exceptions; all items sold on our store are eligible for return under these conditions.

2. 100% Free Returns

Returns are completely free of charge for our customers. We will cover the return shipping costs.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To return an item, please follow these simple steps:

  1. Send an email to our customer support at nuvela.contact@proton.me with your order number and the reason for the return.

  2. Our team will review your request and email you a prepaid return shipping label.

  3. Print the shipping label and securely attach it to your return package.

  4. Drop the package off at the designated shipping or postal location specified on the label.

4. Refunds Process

Once your return is received and inspected at our Paris office, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the condition of the item.

If approved, your refund will be processed automatically, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment (Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, Stripe, or PayPal) within 7 to 10 business days.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. First check your bank account or payment provider account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some processing time before your refund is officially posted.

  3. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at nuvela.contact@proton.me.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective due to transport, please contact us immediately at nuvela.contact@proton.me with photos of the issue. We will arrange a free replacement or an immediate refund, according to your preference.
